How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the US typically takes 3–5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! We use only natural, skin-friendly ingredients without harsh chemicals. Our products are suitable for most skin types. If you have highly sensitive or reactive skin, we recommend doing a patch test on your wrist before full use.
What do the oils smell like? Are the scents strong?
Our body and hair oils have soft, natural scents. For example, Bali Mango smells like sweet tropical mango, while Letila Coconut Lemongrass has a fresh, light coconut scent with subtle lemongrass notes. We avoid harsh or artificial fragrances.
Do your oils leave greasy stains on clothes?
No. Our oils are lightweight, fast-absorbing, and non-sticky. Just allow a few minutes for the product to sink into the skin before getting dressed, and you’re good to go!
Can I return a product if it doesn’t work for me?
For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns of opened products. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us — we’ll make it right
